1. Service and contact
AI Profit is a business-information project available through hqask.com. Use the Contact AI Profit page for the current support address. These Terms govern the free preliminary analysis, complete-analysis requests made through the private SPC area, private delivery and voluntary support.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 and legally able to make a request. Submit only information you may lawfully use. Never submit passwords, banking credentials, tax identifiers, health information, confidential documents or customer personal data.
3. Free Business Analysis
The automated preliminary analysis is provided free of charge. All analyses are informational decision support, not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated advice, and do not guarantee any commercial result.
4. Complete Business Analysis
The preliminary analysis is free. A user who wishes to continue may use the private SPC area to support AI Profit voluntarily and then submit a request for a complete business analysis. Complete-analysis requests are handled subject to available capacity. Requests with a donation confirmed by the administrator receive processing priority over requests without a confirmed donation. No exact delivery time is sold or guaranteed. The completed report is accessed privately using the SPC reference and Private Access Code.
5. Voluntary support
The user chooses the amount of voluntary support. A confirmed donation may give the request processing priority, but the donation amount does not create different quality tiers and must not change the content, methodology, quality, conclusions or recommendations of the complete analysis. The free preliminary analysis remains available without a donation.
6. Donation errors
Accidental, duplicate or unauthorized donations should be reported promptly to support. Applicable law and the payment provider’s mandatory rules remain controlling. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Cancellation
You may ask us to cancel a complete-analysis request that has not been completed. A voluntary contribution already sent is handled separately under applicable law and any mandatory payment-provider rules.
8. Fair use and private access
Repeated identical submissions may return the same result or be restricted to protect the project from spam and excessive use. Users must protect their private access credentials.
9. Quality and limitations
Analysis depends on user-provided information and available capacity. Contact support with the SPC reference if a delivered report contains a material technical error. Do not send the Private Access Code by email.
10. Intellectual property
The website, brand, framework and original materials are protected by applicable law. A recipient may use a delivered report internally but may not resell it or misrepresent it as an independent certification.
11. Availability and security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but uninterrupted availability, acceptance of every request or absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Access may be limited to prevent abuse, maintain the service or comply with law.
12. International users
Access from a country does not establish that every feature is available there. Mandatory privacy, electronic-commerce, tax, sanctions and other applicable rules remain unaffected.
13. Contact
