Who processes your data
AI Profit / HQASK operates hqask.com and processes information necessary to provide the diagnostic, private analysis access, requested services, support and security functions described below.
Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process your email address, business information entered in the diagnostic, public business links you provide, analysis reference (SPC), report-request and delivery status, a voluntary-support declaration, the declared amount, sender/account-holder name, transfer reference, transfer date and verification status, technical security data, and limited website-usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
Why we process it
We use information to provide the free diagnostic, create and deliver requested analyses, provide private report access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, keep legally necessary donation or accounting records where applicable, and understand basic service operation. A confirmed donation may be used to prioritize processing. The donation amount is not used to change the analysis content, methodology, quality, conclusions or recommendations.
Legal bases
Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to provide a service you request or take steps before a service request, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as service security and abuse prevention, or rely on consent where consent is legally required.
Automated processing
The free diagnostic uses deterministic rules, scoring and branching based on the information you submit. It is designed as decision-support information and is not used to make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by hosting, security, email and other infrastructure providers used to operate hqask.com. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. AI Profit does not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law are used where required.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, dispute handling and legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
