Nature of the project

AI Profit provides a free automated preliminary business analysis. A user who voluntarily supports the project may then submit a complete-analysis request from the private SPC area, subject to available capacity. It does not provide regulated legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice.

Voluntary support and complete analysis

The preliminary business analysis is provided free of charge. In the private SPC area, a user who wishes to continue may voluntarily support AI Profit and then submit a request for a complete business analysis. A donation that is manually confirmed may give the complete-analysis request processing priority. The amount donated does not change the methodology, quality, conclusions or recommendations of the analysis and does not create different quality tiers. Legal and tax classification depends on the actual transaction and applicable law, not only on the wording used by the website.

Request records

Electronic records may be retained to demonstrate the user’s request, acceptance of the Terms, security checks, voluntary-support declaration and delivery status. Donation verification status may influence processing priority, but the support amount must not influence the analysis content, methodology, quality, conclusions or recommendations.

International availability

Access from a country does not mean every feature is offered there. Features may be restricted where local law, sanctions, payment-provider rules or regulatory requirements require it.

Cybersecurity

Unauthorized access, automated abuse, malicious payloads and attempts to obtain another user’s report are prohibited. Controls include private-code hashing, rate limits, bot checks, restricted administration, security headers and validated PDF handling. No online system can promise absolute security.

Applicable fields of law

Depending on location and activity, privacy, cookie/ePrivacy, cybersecurity, intellectual-property, tax, accounting, sanctions, donation and payment rules may apply. Mandatory law always controls over a conflicting website statement.
